All are cast at the Streetscape factory in Cape Town and delivered nationwide.
Concrete bins are heavy, which is the point. Weight makes them difficult to move, tip or remove, so they suit unsupervised public spaces, open parks and roadside positions where a lighter bin would not stay put. Steel bins are lighter and easier to reposition, which suits managed sites and indoor or covered areas. Streetscape manufactures both, so the choice comes down to the site.
